Professional Training Contemporary
Sebastian Zuber
The training starts with games as a way to warm up and to lay the foundation for the rest of the class: to push in order to experience, but with lightness and positivity. The participants are also encouraged to work as a collective in order to learn from each other. The main focus of the class is to practice enjoyment, as much as training physical skills. The participants enter a morning routine which is light and fun and during which they get to work on their own taste of moving and learn Zuber’s movement language through short dance phrases. Be prepared for nice music and a lot of sweat!
