Yotam Peled

Taking inspiration from movement methods such as Qi-Gong, Capoeira, and release technique, the class proposes a journey from an empty body to flow and virtuosity. The practice begins with forming a clear connection to the breath as an engine for movement and follows into playful partner exercises to increase mobility and awareness of weight shifts. The session concludes with drills and sequences from the universe of floor-work and soft acrobatics, focusing on the isolation of body parts as different initiators for movement, aiming to develop a sustainable way in and out of the floor.
