Profitraining Zeitgenössisch

Igli Mezini

Physical and playful, this class challenges the individual and coordinates the collective group. It includes partnering work and movement sequences. The training uses repetition to build skills and awareness in moving with speed and efficiency. The whole body is activated to discover different movement possibilities. A focus is placed on the relationships between precision, organicity, and spatial awareness.
