Professional Training Ballet

Nathalie started her education at Ballettschule für das Opernhaus Zürich. With the support of a Migros-Kulturprozent scholarship she moved to Ballettschule des Hamburg Ballett under the direction of John Neumeier, where she graduated in 2003. As a professional ballet dancer Nathalie developed a broad classical and contemporary repertoire. During her ten years with Stuttgarter Ballet and four years as a soloist at Ballett am Rhein Düsseldorf she danced in pieces by choreographers including J. Cranko, G. Balanchine, J. Neumeier, W. Forsythe , H. van Manen, M. Schläpfer, C. Spuck and M. Goecke. After the birth of her twin daughters, Nathalie moved back to Zurich and now teaches at several schools. She is excited to be passing her joy and passion for dancing to others.
