Eleonora completed her training as a stage dancer in Zurich (ZTTS) and as a dance pedagogue in Biel (ArtéDanse) after completing high school at Liceo Artistico. She continued her training in Los Angeles, Paris and New York. She worked for the Zurich Dance Academy (taZ) fand the MAS in dance education at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) for ten years. In recent years she has focused on the artistic direction of the contemporary urban company TeKi TeKua, which she founded in 2006 together with Lea Fuhrer and Pascale Grossenbacher. Her choreographic activities include various productions as well as collaborations with contemporary choreographers (Andrea Boll/Bollwerk, Chris de Feytr & Pablo Girolami).

Open Class: Contemporary Urban
Eleonora TeKi TeKua
Contemporary Urban is the combination of urban dance techniques (like House, Hip Hop, Voguing, Waacking) with contemporary dance. The course content is based on the training of the Contemporary Urban Company TeKi TeKua. In this open class you will learn to expand your repertoire of movements in order to become as versatile as possible as a dancer – whether you are an amateur or a professional. Depending on the theme of the class, the music varies from abstract to different genres of commercial.
