Tumbleweed, founded in 2017 by Franco-Swiss artists Angela Rabaglio & Micaël Florentz, is a dance company based in Brussels and Zurich. Their work brings together different backgrounds to explore movement, body and language in new ways. Their first piece, THE GYRE (2018), toured internationally and won two awards. This was followed in 2022 by A VERY EYE, awarded best dance performance by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. 2023 saw the creation of DEHORS EST BLANC. Supported by Grand Studio, the company receives structural funding since 2024. They also give workshops and advise other artists.
