12. Programme changes

In these cases, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price if he or she did not attend the performance. This claim expires if it is not asserted within 10 days. This period begins on the day on which the performance should have taken place according to the performance schedule valid at the time of purchase of the ticket.
Tanzhaus also reserves the right to change the cast of a performance. In these cases there is no right to a refund of the purchase price.
13. House regulations
Customers may be denied entry to Tanzhaus or to a performance if they obstruct ticket sales, harass other people or if there is good reason to believe that they will disturb the performance. Admission can also be refused if the GTCs or the course regulations are violated or if a seat is taken for which no valid ticket can be presented. In these cases the purchase price will not be refunded.
14. Use of mobile phones / electronic devices
